What's the difference between there, they're their?

There - naming a place, a thing or the existence of something

Example: There are two children cycling towards the park.

They're - contraction of they are

Example: They're the two best players in the league. (They are the two best players in the league.)

Their - showing possession

Example: My friends have lost their tickets.  

Note: They all sound the same but they are of different meaning. Remember this lesson and you'll improve your grammar.
